Questions:

1. Will the Flash presentation run on a WEB site or be distributed?
2. If WEB site, where? Who will add it to the WEB site?
3. If Distributed How? Memory stick? CDROM, DVD? Email?
4. Will it need to play from Memory stick? CDROM, DVD? Email? or will it be copied to the Hard Drive of a computer.
5. Is the presentation only one person's or event's product. IE will it be run on one machine or many?
6. Will it be used for one event or many?
7. Do we know what kind of machines? With Flash that matters.
8. Windows or Mac or both?
9. Will it contain video? Who produces it? Is it already compressed? Do we need to?
10. Will it contain sound? Who produces it? Is it already compressed? Do we need to?
11. Flash is vector, like Adobe Illustrator or Freehand - will most content be in that format?
12. Flash handles raster, like Photoshop - will most content be in that format?
13. Flash does not reliably synchronize sound and image. If high degree of synchronization is required between long duration images and sound, it is best to make that section into a video.

That is all I can think of for the moment.
